At INDG Amsterdam, I had the privilege of working as senior producer on the full 2024 scope for Philips TVs and Soundbars.
I drove the operational management of the entire pipeline, liaising on a daily basis with our client stakeholders, senior management, finance/ legal/ traffic departments, and our team of 40+ creative and technical personnel and external vendors, across three continents.
We delivered over a thousand visual assets in six months, with healthy margins and a delighted client.
